IT Support Engineer - Service Desk and Networking

We have an exciting opportunity to join an established business as a Support Engineer / Support Analyst supporting a range of customers. The company has a structured 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line team and is looking for strong 2nd line engineers seeking a new opportunity where they can progress their careers.
As an IT Support Engineer, your role will be fundamental in supporting customers with queries related to internal support of head office and partner company's IT systems and services. The company has continued to grow and is looking to expand its team as they take on more new business. This company offers a friendly collaborative environment, progression opportunities, and structured training.
Requirements:
1. Prior experience in IT Support or Service Desk Support in a Microsoft environment
2. Knowledge and experience supporting O365, Active Directory, and Windows Server
3. Commercial experience of supporting Networking and Server support requests
4. A customer service-oriented attitude - ideally will have solved external customer support requests
5. A passion for solving complex problems and the ability to learn new skills quickly
6. Strong communicator, able to work effectively in a team environment
Desirable:
1. Experience supporting Azure environments
