Introduction
We are seeking a talented Midweight Graphic Designer with Digital Commerce (eCommerce) experience to join our creative team. In this role, you will develop high-quality, impactful designs for global blue chip brands, shaping engaging customer experiences across web, mobile, and social commerce platforms.
You will play a key role in brand storytelling, digital marketing, and performance-driven design, with the opportunity to contribute to UX/UI projects that enhance user engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities
1. Creative Design: Develop world-class visual assets for eCommerce platforms, marketing campaigns, digital ads, and social media.
2. blue chip Client Focus: Work on leading global brands, delivering creative solutions that maintain their industry-leading standards.
3. Digital Commerce Expertise: Design assets for product launches, promotions, and omnichannel campaigns, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
4. Multichannel Consistency: Ensure a seamless brand experience across international markets, adapting designs for different audiences.
5. Brand Storytelling: Translate complex brand messaging into visually compelling, customer-centric designs.
6. Performance Optimisation: Collaborate with marketing and data teams to analyse performance, refining creative assets based on insights.
7. Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of global design trends, eCommerce innovations, and emerging technologies.
8. UX/UI as a Bonus: Opportunity to contribute to UX/UI projects, improving user experiences through intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces.
Essential Skills and Experience
1. 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or working with global brands.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing work for high-profile clients or multinational companies.
3. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
4. Strong typography, layout, and storytelling skills, with an eye for global design aesthetics.
5. Ability to handle multiple high-profile projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
BONUS Skills:
1. Experience in designing for eCommerce, online retail, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
2. UX/UI design experience (eg, wireframing, prototyping, user experience principles) is a plus.
