Graduate Quantity Surveyor \n\nLocation: Newcastle \n\nSalary: £25,000 - £30,000\n\nOur Client is offering an opportunity to support the company in managing project costs from inception through to completion. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience on a variety of Projects, work closely with experienced professionals, and progress your Career in Quantity Surveying\n\nMain Duties: \n\nAssist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets,\nMonitor project expenditures and assist in cost control\nSupport the preparation and submission of interim valuations and final accounts\nLiaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather data and assess work progress\nAssist in managing variations and change orders\nPrepare reports and maintain accurate project documentationAbout you: \n\nDegree Educated in Quantity Surveying or a related Construction discipline\nStrong numeracy and analytical skills\nGood communication and interpersonal abilities\nProficient in MS Office; experience with cost management software is a plus\nA team player with a proactive attitude and keen eye for detailBenefits: \n\nOngoing training and development opportunities\nSupport with professional qualifications (e.g., RICS)\nA supportive working environment\nOpportunities to work on rewarding projects \n\nAbout Us\n\nWe are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
