The Role As an SEN Tutor, you will: Deliver personalised lessons following a Foundation Learning Curriculum, which is tailored to the student’s needs. Teach a range of core subjects such as English, maths, and ICT, alongside Vocational Learning and Personal and Social Development. Adapt teaching methods to suit the student’s individual needs and abilities. Provide a calm, supportive, and structured learning environment. Build routines, relationships, respect, and trust to achieve successful teaching and learning. Collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to monitor progress and adjust strategies. Person Specification The school is looking for an SEN Tutor who: Has experience working with students with Special Educational Needs Is skilled in adapting teaching approaches to meet different learning needs.
