We are currently seeking a Training Receptionist for a 12-month period to provide temporary support and assistance in covering maternity leave.
What you will be doing
* Providing professional and flexible assistance for the administration of Customer Training Courses/Programs.
* Act as host to training course participants.
* Preparation of training courses and manuals paper/electronic and certification.
* Support Training Coordinator and Instructors using the Learning Management System.
* Preparation, issuing and expediting of purchase orders associated with customer training.
* Assist with delegate requirements i.e. taxi bookings etc.
* General administration for the Training Department.
* Ordering and preparation of lunches.
* General housekeeping of canteen and kitchen area.
* Act as support for the Customer Training Co-ordinator.
* Assist in Managing stock of customer and promotional goods.
* Undertake training and coaching as necessary to increase personal skills to achieve personal and departmental performance objectives.
* Demonstrate a high standard of good health and safety practice for both self and others.
* Contribute towards effective team working and communication both internally and externally.
* Understand departmental targets, results, key performance indicators and their role in delivery of these indicators.
* Understand quality procedures applicable to specific duties.
* Ensure high standards of personal presentation in keeping with company standards.
