Role: Liquidity Regulatory Reporting
Level: Vice President
Location: London (City) with Hybrid Working
Salary: £85k-£95k
My client is a leading Bank based in London (City) with an outstanding reputation as one of the leading banks Globally. As a Liquidity Regulatory Reporting-VP, you'll play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance and reporting accuracy - producing key liquidity reports, enhancing process controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce and review liquidity regulatory reports within UK entities, ensuring strong controls for both external compliance and internal standards.
* Deliver timely, compliant reporting with clear analysis and management information (MI) to support outputs.
* Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and controls, working with change teams to implement enhancements.
* Build effective relationships with stakeholders in Front Office, Risk, and Treasury to support changes and communicate liquidity information and impacts.
* Contribute to the regulatory interpretation process, ensuring reporting practices align with current liquidity regulations and stay updated on new regulatory developments.
* Report regularly to management on progress on liquidity regulatory reporting, escalating issues as necessary.
Competencies Required
* Previous experience within Banking and/or Capitals Markets environment.
* In-depth expertise in liquidity regulation, strong practical knowledge of liquidity regulatory requirements, with hands-on experience in reporting key liquidity ratios and preparing comprehensive liquidity returns.
* Ability to drive productivity improvements through enhancements to processes, policies, and systems.
* Ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels of the business.
* Experienced in managing multiple change initiatives, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic regulatory environment.
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to present detailed analysis in clear and concise reports.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
