Department: Brand Marketing Location: Head Office, London Description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Copywriter with a background in premium and luxury brands to join our dynamic team. This role demands an expert storyteller who can craft compelling, elevated copy that aligns with our brand's premium positioning and resonates deeply with our discerning clientele. The Senior Copywriter will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice of the brand across multiple touchpoints, ensuring consistency, sophistication, and engagement in all communications. Key Responsibilities Brand Voice & Messaging Own the Elemis tone of voice, ensuring it remains consistent across all channels while maintaining a luxury and premium feel. Develop copy that reflects the brand's heritage, product efficacy, and innovation, always keeping the target audience in mind. Campaign Development Collaborate with marketing, brand, digital, and creative teams to develop standout concepts and copy for 360 campaigns, including product launches, digital marketing, retail, social media, email, and more. Create captivating product descriptions, campaign stories, press materials, and tagline generation for any Elemis content needed. Digital & Social Content Lead the creation of compelling digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media captions, and video scripts. Ensure digital content is optimized for SEO without compromising the brand's luxury tone. Innovation & Creativity Conceptualize and execute unique, engaging copy for new products, limited-edition collections, brand activations, partnerships, and events. Continuously elevate the storytelling of our products and brand ethos, keeping the copy fresh, engaging, and competitive within the beauty space. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a copywriter in the premium beauty and/or luxury sector, with a strong portfolio demonstrating premium brand experience. Deep understanding of the skincare industry and ability to translate complex product benefits into consumer-friendly, yet elevated, messaging. Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to develop big ideas that can be executed across multiple channels. Excellent written communication skills with impeccable grammar, style, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines without compromising on quality. Passion for skincare, wellness, and beauty with a sharp sense of trends and consumer behavior. Experience working in global beauty brands, especially in the premium/luxury space. Proven ability to craft copy that speaks to both product efficacy and aspirational lifestyle elements.
