Term Time Teachers are part of Academics LTD which is one of the largest education recruitment consultancies in the UK, with over 100 recruitment consultants across 18 offices in England and Wales. Our Education Recruitment Consultants provide teachers, teaching assistants, and school support staff to over a thousand Primary and Secondary schools across the UK, for both short-term and long-term assignments.

Who We Are Looking For
Applications are welcome from ambitious graduates who are eager to embark on their first role in recruitment. We are also considering applications from more experienced resourcers looking for a new challenge with the potential to progress into a consultant role. Our aim is for the successful resourcer to transition into a consultant position within their first six months, depending on their progress.
To thrive in this role, you will need a 'can-do' attitude, plenty of enthusiasm, and the drive to succeed. We are an experienced and hardworking team looking for like-minded consultants with a passion for education.
Role Responsibilities
1. 180 Recruitment Role - Resourcing side
2. Advertising on job boards & CV searching
3. Pre-screening candidates
4. Completing compliance checks to a Gold Standard
5. Meeting candidates face-to-face for registration
6. Liaising with consultants to place your candidates in bookings
7. Shadowing consultants in preparation for progression into a consultant role
