Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm or 8.30am – 5.30pm
Our client is one of the UK’s leading Fleet & Mobility companies. Working within the Mobility Team, you will play a key role in helping Customers with their vehicle rental and other business mobility needs.
What will you be doing in the role?
1. Handling incoming calls/emails/online requests across various platforms and products
2. Allocate and source daily rental reservations – identify opportunities to save our Customers money;
3. Liaise with Supplying Partners to minimise turndowns, delays and service issues
4. Process Customer and Supplier invoicing with high level of accuracy
5. Running Customer & Supplier reports and producing a Daily Report to Management Team
