Job Summary : Just Play is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team in the UK. This role is pivotal in driving our sales strategy and supporting the continuous growth of our children's toy business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the toy industry, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Principal Responsibilities : Sales Data Analysis - Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. Monitor and report on sales performance against targets, providing actionable insights to the sales team. Market Research - Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences. Utilize market data to inform strategic decisions and identify potential areas for product development and market expansion. Forecasting and Reporting - Develop and maintain sales forecasts, ensuring accuracy and reliability of data. Prepare comprehensive sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and business insights. Customer Insights - Analyze customer data to understand buying behaviors, preferences, and trends. Minimum Qualifications : 3-5 years of experience in sales analysis, preferably within the toy industry or a related consumer goods sector. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
