Job Description:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our small wind turbines. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Installation and Commissioning: Installing and commissioning new wind turbine systems, ensuring they are operational and meet customer specifications.
2. Maintenance and Repairs: Conducting routine maintenance on existing turbines, including inspections, replacement of parts, and lubrication.
3. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving technical issues related to turbine performance and operation.
4. Customer Support: Providing technical assistance and support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with experience in the field of renewable energy or a related field.
2. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
3. Customer Service Orientation: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and provide exceptional support.
4. Physical Fitness: Willingness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
5. Valid Driving License: Required for travel to customer sites.
