B2B Sales Manager - Home Collection (Wholesale & Trade)
Location: London, Golborne Road Studio | Hybrid Available
As our B2B Sales Manager - Home Collection you will oversee and grow our luxurious homeware line across both wholesale and trade channels. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for high-end home design and a proven track record in B2B sales. You will be responsible for managing relationships with key retail partners, trade clients, and interior design professionals, driving growth through wholesale partnerships and direct trade sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage relationships with key wholesale and trade clients, including luxury retailers, interior designers, architects, and hotels.
* Drive sales for OYUNA’s home collection, ensuring sales targets are met across both wholesale and trade channels.
* Present and sell our collections at trade shows, industry events, and private showings, representing the brand with excellence.
* Work closely with retail buyers and trade professionals to ensure seamless order processing, fulfilment, and after-sales support.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both retail and trade sectors, expanding our client base in domestic and international markets.
* Collaborate with internal teams (product development, production, and logistics) to ensure on-time deliveries and client satisfaction.
* Stay informed on market trends and customer feedback, adapting strategies to maximise revenue and maintain OYUNA’s position in the luxury home market.
About You
* 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on luxury homewares, interior design, or a related industry.
* Strong network of contacts within the retail and trade sectors, including high-end homeware stores, interior designers, and hospitality buyers.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and experience managing end-to-end sales processes.
* Knowledge of the luxury homeware or design industry, with a strong eye for quality and aesthetics.

* Passion for the luxury fashion and lifestyle industry.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and ERP (experience with NetSuite is a plus).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
* Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
