Job Summary:
We’re looking for a superstar EA & HR Officer who is dynamic, energetic and ambitious to work closely with our CEO & COO, providing them support to ensure cohesive running of a busy team.
The ideal candidate will be extremely organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. As a superstar executive assistant, you will be proficient in email and calendar management of two executives, organisation, HR tasks, screening recruitment and owning projects.
Taking initiative, getting things done, the ability to finish projects without dropping anything as well as good people skills are crucial for this role.
We are looking for someone with a strong interest in technology / AI, not scared of jumping to projects/tasks that she/he has never done before.
Your ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and your strong command of G Suite applications (Google Drive, Google Emails, Google Calendars, Google Sheets, Google Docs etc) will be essential to excel in this role. If you used a project management tool before like Asana or similar, that will be a bonus.

Candidate Requirements:
* At least 5 years experience in a similar role.
* Ambitious
* Extremely organised.
* Not transactional but takes initiative.
* Very confident with calendar management.
* Very confident with email management.
* Have strong project management skills with an acute attention to detail and the tools.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high energy and a great attitude.

Key Responsibilities: (Include but not limited to!)
* Diary/calendar management: Handling calendar appointments, scheduling meetings, making sure everything on the calendar is up to date and correct.
* Email management: Efficiently manage executives' emails, prioritise messages, and maintain an organised system.
* Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
* Making travel and accommodation arrangements.
* Event organisations for the team.
* Project management: Demonstrating exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, finishing them without dropping anything and taking ownership of the projects.
(Projects will vary from HR to Recruitment, Marketing, Business, and anything that the CEO & COO get involved with).
* Conducting research when requested.
* Recruitment support: Participating in the recruitment process by screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
* Payroll and Bookkeeping assistance: Sending payroll information to the accountants, assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks or managing a bookkeeper with tasks, such as managing expenses, invoices, and financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Acting as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
* Supporting CEO & COO’s with projects to save them time.

Role Info:
* Full time (8.30 am to 5 pm).
* Hybrid working (4 days in the office, 1 day from home).
