Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
£17,500 per annum
Monday to Friday (8am 4pm, 9am 5pm with a 1 hour break)

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
Grade 4 in Maths and 5 in English is essential for this role
Knowledge of network protocols, VLAN configuration, lease lines, and day-to-day IT troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A customer-first approach with a focus on providing efficient, professional service.
A valid driver's license and local residency for site visits.
