The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at Gemini Cheltenham.
Permanent position, Monday to Friday.
Do you have a passion for delivering quality customer service? Our Customer Service Officers support our wider workshop team and provide a high level of service to our customer base.

Role Responsibilities
1. Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly.
2. Greeting customers on arrival.
3. Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles.
4. Contacting customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience.
5. Telephone and email correspondence.
6. Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc).
7. Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs.

1. Proven experience within a Customer Service position.
2. Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills.
3. Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to meet strict deadlines.
