We’re looking for a born leader and a sales Messiah with a keen interest in nightlife. Maybe your an event promoter or a DJ looking to fill your week days? Maybe you love the promo work at the weekend but have rich tastes, which need paying for? Whatever the case, you will: in one way or another have at least 12 months experience working in the nightlife sector. understand the basics of bar, nightclub and event promotion and marketing. have a proven track record in telesales whereby you understand what is typically involved in a telesales role. be our first member of the telesales team, meaning you will be responsible for helping shape our products and sales approaches. be keen to prove yourself with the view to working alongside the management team to build our telesales team. have the ability to make a high volume of sales calls, articulate our product range effectively, overcome objections and have a high close rate. be happy to create custom advertising packages, prepares sales proposals and follow up with new potential clients. understand the value in managing an effective customer relations management system, allowing you to keep track of all your customers and sales leads. be versatile in your sales approach when approaching a variety of different customer types. The position is a full time role, 40 hours a week. Times are flexible but we encourage 10.00am till 6.00pm Monday - Friday. Basic pay is £17,500 commission and bonuses. Realistic OTE is £35,000 - £40,000. 20 days holiday statutory Bank Holidays.
