As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for strategising, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, generate traffic, and maximise conversions. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and a data-driven approach to ensure the best return on investment (ROI) for our marketing spend.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective paid marketing strategies to meet ambitious growth and revenue targets.
* Manage, monitor, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other relevant channels.
* Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
* Analyse campaign performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc) and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign efficiency.
* Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with the brand.
* Execute A/B testing to optimise audience targeting, messaging, and ad creatives.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes, ensuring Bohomoon stays ahead of the curve.
* Work alongside the broader marketing team to ensure paid efforts align with organic content, influencer collaborations, and seasonal promotions.
* Provide regular performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations to the SLT.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a paid marketing executive, manager, or similar role in digital advertising.
* Expertise in managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other social media platforms.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
* A deep understanding of audience segmentation, conversion optimization, and performance tracking.
* Experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and ad creative experimentation.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in handling large advertising budgets and ensuring optimal allocation.
* Strong knowledge of SEO principles and their synergy with paid advertising.
* Familiarity with HTML & CSS is a plus but not required.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Google Ads certification or other relevant platform certifications preferred.
* Experience working in eCommerce, fashion industries is a plus.
