An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver BMS projects across the Northern Region. This role involves managing contracts, financial targets, and project execution while ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Project Manager Roles/Responsibilities
* Plan and manage BMS projects in accordance with contract scope, company policies, and health & safety standards.
* Oversee contractual aspects, including payments, variations, and dispute resolution with support from senior leadership.
* Establish and track financial targets, reporting risks and progress to the Project Director.
* Provide technical support to customers and engineering teams, working with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and change orders.
* Build strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for new business.
* Ensure accurate billing and financial reconciliation of project works.
* Assist in commercial discussions and support sales teams in securing new clients.
* Play a key role in regional expansion, including team development and recruitment.
* Lead and mentor project commissioning teams, coaching individuals for career growth.
Project Manager Qualifications
* Proven experience in Project or Contract Management, ideally with a strong BMS technical background.
* Knowledge of commercial, design, and financial aspects of multi-disciplinary contracts.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and committed to meeting deadlines.
