Area Business Manager - Neonatal

Location: West Midlands M5 corridor - good access to Birmingham or Bristol.
Compensation: Base IRO £55-60k with excellent uncapped commission and package including corporate benefits.

Capital and consumable medical ventilation equipment, temperature management, resuscitation and Infusion Management products.
This role focuses on the company's range of Neonatal Ventilation and associated consumables - the products are premium quality and sold on clinical value and not price.
Role:
A leading provider in Neonatal Ventilation is looking for an experienced medical devices sales person. The Territory Manager will be responsible for selling Neonatal Ventilation products into Neonatal Wards across the midlands/south west of the UK. The role involves both new business and account management and is driven by both capital and consumables. The product has a premium price point, and the sale is made on clinical efficacy and long-term health economic arguments.
Applicant Requirements:
1. Prior medical device experience to the NHS.
2. Able to sell quality products based on clinical benefit and ROI.
3. Proactive individual with strong relationship building skills.
4. Well-presented and articulate.
5. Strong people skills, organized, credible and professional.
6. Full driving licence and an ability to travel across the UK.
7. DBS clearance.
