My client is a manufacturing firm who are seeking an experienced Customer Service individual to join their team on a permanent basis. Your new roleYour new role as a Customer Support Advisor is a varied role. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Being the first point of contact for any customer queries
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers
* Liaising with other internal departments to execute orders
* Processing orders onto the system
* Ensure that all customer claims and complaints are resolved effectively, accurately and timely
* Monitor and track lead times, order and production status and keep customers updated
* Provide status updates when requested
* Building quotations to send out to customers
What you'll need to succeedThe successful candidate will be experienced in customer support within a manufacturing environment. You will be IT literate with proficiency in the Microsoft Package. Further to this, you will be a great communicator, both verbally and in writing. You will be detail orientated with the ability to work to a high accuracy.
