About the role: As a Senior Communications Strategist, you will: Drive New Business: Build and nurture relationships with senior managers at major UK-based businesses. What we’re looking for: A self-starter with a genuine passion for storytelling and its potential to make a positive impact. Someone with 8-10 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or reputation management, ideally within an agency or consultancy setting. Demonstrated experience working with senior executives in large organisations, particularly within complex and regulated industries (such as financial services, energy, or healthcare). A strategic vision with the ability to translate corporate goals into impactful communication and engagement strategies. An experienced individual skilled in overseeing comprehensive projects encompassing brand repositioning, internal communications alignment and investor relations. Someone who is bold, creative, and not afraid to take the initiative. A natural leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, motivating others to achieve excellence. Excellent emotional intelligence and the ability to build deep, trusting relationships with clients and colleagues. Commercial acumen, with experience developing and commercialising new service offerings in corporate communications. A knack for time management, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly and sustainably. Experience in change management and guiding companies through culture transformations.
