As a Field CTO, you will be responsible for owning the overall solution blueprint and roadmap, working closely with enterprise level clients as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams, to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution design while ensuring their scalability, reliability, and maintenance with a focus on contributing to Searce’s regional business goals through strategic initiatives inside out.
Establish key relationships/partnerships with GCP, AWS and Azure to drive Searce’s cloud revenue & market share and become trusted OEM partners to align with Searce’s overall business goals.
Define and lead the mission, vision and strategy for multiple Practices - D&A, Applied AI, Software Engineering as well as Infra Modernisation; Contribute towards building a healthy, scalable, inclusive, and growth-oriented engineering organization. Understand the complexity of customer ecosystems and demonstrate experience in building Enterprise Scale Solution Architecture with ethics, security, regulatory and compliance factors to deliver responsible solutions to Clients.
Provide architectural leadership to development teams and provide technical guidance and leadership to all internal and external teams involved in the implementation process.
Continuously work towards identifying new business opportunities and prioritize pursuits for the modern tech practices and supporting the formation of Go-to-market strategies for new, as well as existing products & Services.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Solution Architecture, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage by using a range of new and emerging technologies from the Cloud (Google Cloud and AWS).

Along with a specialized experience in delivering complex projects pertaining to these professional services on Cloud Platforms, preferably GCP & AWS.
# CxO level mapping in the local regions.
# Ability to translate business problems into futuristic solutions and having Consulting or consultative selling experience (pre-sales) in a professional services firm or with an IT provider with a focus on selling information services and complex offerings.
# Experienced in large multi tech domain solutions and handling a quota of at least $1 m in services and must have worked on long term projects.
# Strong personal network with key firms in the areas of: sales, business development, channels, at hyperscale firms and service providers.
