JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor (Partner)
LOCATION: West Midlands
SALARY: Up to circa £80,000 dependent on experience
THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and talented Commercial Property Lawyer to join this leading practice as a Partner in their Suffolk based team. As the appointed Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be expected to deal with a full and varied caseload of commercial property matters as well as play an integral role in further developing the commercial property offerings. Ideal Commercial Property Solicitors (Partners) will have strong business development skills coupled with the ability to undertake a varied fee earning caseload and play a key role in developing the commercial property offerings through business development and networking.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Solicitors or Legal Executives who are looking for the next step in their career within commercial property law. You will have sound technical expertise across all aspects of commercial property law and be looking for an ambitious and forward-thinking law firm offering genuine prospects for career development along with a supportive environment.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Salary dependent on experience plus 25 days holiday a year, pension scheme, healthcare plan, flexible and hybrid working, bonuses and a clear pathway opportunity.
