We're working with a well-respected Housing Association looking to bring in an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative. You'll be working across occupied properties, carrying out quality repairs and upgrades-anything from fitting new doors to fixing leaks, with no two days the same.
This is a role for someone who gets stuck in, takes pride in the detail, and knows the value of treating tenants' homes with care.

£36,750 - £37420 base salary, plus excellent rates for call-outs

The Work - No Boring Days Here:
Day-to-day: Kitchen and bathroom repairs, door/frame replacement, fitting windows, architraves, skirting-you name it
A mix of Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering and general maintenance
Covering Eastleigh, Salisbury, Southampton, and Andover
Working in occupied social housing - treat it like your own home
Keep things safe, tidy and to standard - proper kit provided
Speak with tenants and colleagues with respect and clarity - it goes a long way
What You'll Bring:
C&G or NVQ Level 2 in a trade (Carpentry preferred, but Plumbing experience also welcome)
Experience in reactive repairs & planned maintenance within social housing
Capable across other trades - think tiling, patch plastering, brickwork
The ability to work solo or with others - you'll be trusted either way
A full UK driving licence - the van will be ready and waiting
