£50,000 OTE - basic salary up to £25,000 plus bonus, uncapped commission and car
Job Overview
The Holdcroft Motor Group are looking for a results-driven, enthusiastic sales person to join our new car sales department at Renault. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a sales role and have some existing knowledge of the automotive industry.
Driven by exceptional communication and relationship building with new and existing customers, you will deliver impeccable product knowledge, test drives and vehicle demonstrations ensuring your customers are supported from initial enquiry through to vehicle ownership. You will efficiently manage all incoming enquiries, chasing new leads and ensure you keep up to date with all new automotive developments including vehicle features, specifications and pricing for Renault and its competitors.
What We Are Looking For in a New Car Sales Executive:
* Excellent experience working within a sales and customer-facing environment.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for cars.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
* Full UK driver’s licence.
