Would you like to lead a team at a partner of a global vendor working out of their start of the art office in north Stuttgart.
You will be leading their team of dispatch engineers who have projects providing critical infrastructure to the emergency services across the whole of Germany.
This role provides an opportunity to begin or grow your leadership experience and gain experience leading a team working on critical network projects.
You will ensure the optimal performance of the team overseeing tasks like shift planning, Service management and recruitment.

Responsibilities:
* Manage Service desk for Radio and Network Department
* Performance monitoring: Set, monitor and report on KPIs to manage teams performance
* Shift and Rota Management
* Training and Team Development
Skills/Must haves:
* Fluency in German (spoken and written)
* Ability to obtain security clearance
* Proven experience in managing a technical helpdesk team
* Experience in managing shift rotas, holidays, KPIs, and service SLAs
* Willingness to work in shifts as required
