Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team at ARMS Innovations Ltd in Glasgow. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
* Achieve production targets by ensuring consistent meeting of production goals every shift.
* Manage procedures and prioritise safety, overseeing operating procedures while always prioritising safety.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal condition.
* Troubleshoot issues efficiently, identifying and resolving technical problems.
* Drive continuous improvement by implementing strategies for ongoing process enhancement.
* Repair equipment and automated machinery, maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure smooth operations.
* Document and report issues accurately, documenting any encountered during shifts.
* Collaborate effectively, working closely with other teams and departments to achieve production goals through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
* Relevant engineering experience (minimum NVQ Level 3) or equivalent transferrable skills.
* Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Electrical/Mechanical Engineer with strong technical knowledge in relevant fields.
* Familiarity with relevant safety procedures and regulations.
* Able to understand the importance and principles of an advanced Quality Management System (QMS).
* Experience in maintaining and repairing Machinery and Production equipment.
* Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to work under pressure.
Salary and Benefits:
Final salary: £47,080 per annum (Role 1), £53,200 per annum (Role 2). We offer a range of benefits, including full PPE provided, uniform, tools, and devices supplied. A life assurance scheme is also available, providing four times salary coverage. In addition, we provide 27 days paid holiday plus Bank Holidays and a company pension scheme with matching up to 6%.
