Are you passionate about making a difference in Adult Social Care? Adult Social Care Transformation and Improvement are looking for an experienced Service Improvement Programme Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of transformation projects in Adult Social Care, working closely with the Head of Adult Social Care Transformation and Improvement to deliver complex initiatives that align with our strategic goals and the One Medway Council Plan.
As a Service Improvement Programme Lead, you'll lead comprehensive reviews of our Adult Social Care services, crafting strategic and operational improvement proposals that make a real difference. You will have experience in managing projects to ensure high-quality practice and compliance with legislative frameworks. Financial oversight is also crucial, ensuring that project budgets are monitored and savings targets are achieved.
Collaboration is key, as you'll work across departments and with external partners to embed improvements and achieve our programme objectives. You'll also engage with people with lived experience to co-produce projects, supporting our prevention agenda by working with diverse client groups and self-funders. Building strong relationships with health, voluntary, community, faith, and public sector partners will be essential to your success.
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of leading large-scale projects and managing budgets, along with strong stakeholder engagement skills. You should have a strong understanding of Adult Social Care, project management, and change management. Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must, as is the ability to motivate and build support for change.
