What makes a successful Assistant Manager?
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Travel Consultant with a proven sales record
* Problem-solving leader with the ability and experience to coach, develop and motivate a team to maximise job satisfaction and performance.
* Customer focused approach to work towards and achieve individual and team sales targets
* Enthusiastic and positive team player with a commitment to contribute to the growth of the business as well as the colleagues in your team
* Exceptional product knowledge in travel & tourism
* Organisational and time-management skills to stay on top of tasks.
