We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and passionate Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team and help drive our online presence to new heights.
Role
As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will support the Digital Marketing Manager and the Marketing Team, playing a crucial role in enhancing our digital footprint. Your primary responsibilities will include driving engagement and traffic via digital advertising and social media channels (paid and organic). Utilising our Content Management System, you will proactively update the global website, ensuring current and up-to-date content.
Responsibilities
Organic Social Media
Work with the Marketing Team to develop strategies and content to increase engagement and drive traffic through organic social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and X.
Paid Advertising
Create, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Instagram to achieve targeted goals.
With the Marketing Team, explore new digital channels to generate lead generation and brand awareness.
Website Management
Work with internal Teams, create new content and blog articles to generate traffic and engagement.
Make regular updates and edits to the global website using our CMS, using translation tools to ensure content is updated across all languages.
Content Creation
Work with the Marketing Team, assist in creating compelling digital content for social media, website and other digital platforms.
Brief external agencies, photographers, & videographers for content to be used in the digital channels.
Provide in-house creative and design support.
Analytics and Reporting
Monitor and report on the performance of organic and paid marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration
Work closely with the Marketing and Communications Teams to align digital channel strategy with overall goals.
Build relationships with key internal stakeholders across the business to effectively undertake the role.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential
Minimum 2 years experience in B2B Digital Marketing.
Proven Digital Marketing campaign management and delivery.
Strong knowledge and experience in running LinkedIn Advertising campaigns using LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Strong knowledge and experience in running Google Ads campaigns using the Google Ads platform.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, or alternative design tools to create graphics.
Experience in using Content Management Systems to update websites, ideally Sitecore and or Wordpress.
Knowledge of GA4/Google Analytics for analysis and reporting.
Good communication skills.
Preferred
Has undertaken a marketing apprenticeship or educated to degree level.
Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and video creation.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles.
Previous experience working within a technology or real estate business is an advantage.
