The Role
We are looking for a Property Sourcer Consultant who is already working within an estate agency or has access to a strong network of landlords. This role is 100% commission-based, ideal for someone who wants to leverage their existing relationships to generate substantial income. The role can comfortably pay £3,000.00 - £8,000.00/month dependent on the amount of deals closed.
What You’ll Do:
* Source properties, single lets, and bulk portfolios from landlords or agents.
* Introduce landlords to Morgan Prescott’s specialised rent model and property management services.
* Negotiate and secure agreements with property owners.
* Work closely with our internal team to finalise deals and onboard properties.
* Act as a trusted consultant to landlords, ensuring smooth and seamless transactions.

Who We’re Looking For:

✔️ Experience in property sourcing, lettings, or property acquisitions.
✔️ Ability to negotiate deals and explain guaranteed rent structures.
✔️ Self-motivated and results-driven – you thrive on closing deals.
✔️ Understanding of the London rental market.
