We value precision, teamwork, and flexibility, and we’re looking for a dedicated Part-Time Sales and Purchase Ledger Bookkeeper to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update the sales and purchase ledgers accurately and timely. Process invoices, credit notes, and payments using Sage (experience essential). Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. Assist with month-end processes, including ledger reviews and adjustments. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to address and resolve queries. Support the wider business with ad-hoc administrative and financial tasks. About You: Experience in sales and purchase ledger roles is essential. Proficient in Sage accounting software (mandatory). Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
