The role reports into the Principal Engineer and will work alongside colleagues in both the UK and India to support the delivery of the Lending and Savings roadmap. The role has the flexibility to be based from Wolverhampton or Chatham office and benefits from our hybrid-working policy of three days a week in the office and two days from home which provides a great opportunity for collaboration and develop your skills. Alongside passion for our products and customers, we're passionate about our people and want to continue building a collaborative and engaging environment As a Backend Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers to contribute to the development, testing and enhancement of our microservices architecture, system performance and cloud-based (Azure) deployments.
