Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join our Infrastructure team.
You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Infrastructure Projects and Head of Finance and Operations and their wider leadership team.
You will be based out of our Glasgow office, and your focus will be in the following areas:
1. Administrative Support: Manage the two Directors' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements including expenses and timesheets.
2. Communication: Handle correspondence, including emails, on behalf of the Directors.
3. Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
4. Document Management: Organize and maintain files, documents, and records, ensuring confidentiality and easy access.
5. Assistance: Assist with specific projects, strategy updates, and presentations as required.
6. Invoicing: Work with the Finance Admin team, invoicing clients on a monthly basis.
7. Wider team support: Work alongside the other 3 directors in the team to assist in general administrative tasks and travel booking.

Team Overview
The two Directors you would be supporting work with a team of approximately 100 across the UK. This team primarily focuses on Land Assembly on behalf of infrastructure clients.
You would be part of the Infrastructure and Projects Business Management Team of 5 other individuals who work closely and support each other.
