Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated, innovative, and clinically-experienced registered clinicians to join our newly established Learning Disability and Autism (LDA) Outreach Team.
Main Duties
* Work in collaboration with other LDA Outreach colleagues, community learning disability and autism colleagues, and colleagues from 'The Brook' inpatient unit.
* Prioritise and manage workload while providing excellent safeguarding, Mental Health Act, and Mental Capacity Act knowledge.
* Assess, plan, and deliver complex care packages to vulnerable service users across Devon and for those discharged from The Brook.
About the Role
This is a Band 7 role that requires advanced clinical leadership skills, extensive clinical knowledge, and ability to work autonomously as well as part of a multiprofessional team.

* Demonstrate effective clinical leadership and practice to the highest evidence-based standards.
* Ability to inspire and involve staff to reach targets over the next five years.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £46,148.00-£52,809.00 per year. A relocation package is available as part of this offer.
