Job Description
* Manage and maintain the company's accounts receivable ledger
* Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
* Perform credit checks on potential customers
* Develop and implement effective recovery strategies
* Liaise with other departments to resolve billing issues
* Perform regular account reconciliations
* Prepare monthly reports on collection activities
* Comply with all financial policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
* Strong knowledge of credit control principles and practices
* Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
* Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
