Job summary Primary Care Networks are groups of GP practices working together to improve the health of their local population. BGPF is committed to the success of PCNs and towards building strong general practice in Bury. We have been supporting our PCNs since 2019 and we continue to develop a robust infrastructure of at scale support. We are now enhancing that support and towards this are recruiting a PCN Manager to be the named lead for a PCN (s). You will coordinate and lead delivery of PCN targets for your named PCN(s) as well as working collaboratively with the other recruited PCN Manager to deliver projects across all three PCNs. You will form an integral part of the PCN leadership team, working alongside the Clinical Director(s) and the PCN board members. As first point of contact for your respective PCN Clinical Director(s), you will act as the go-to person within the network(s).
