Tasks
This role is responsible for the delivery of finished products to the agreed quality and lead time required together with the management of the department, machinery and improvement developments. You will work on a wide variety of projects including furniture and bespoke kitchens. Maintaining a professional and positive attitude, you will be working alongside craftsmen with over 30 years experience.
Requirements
WHAT WILL I NEED IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS KITCHEN AND FURNITURE FINISHER VACANCY?
* Ability to operate as a spraying expert and spray products with lacquer, prime paint and top coats.
* Ability to manage a team with regards to workload aligned with production needs.
* Ability to quality assess pre and post finished products.
* Ability to maintain spray shop machinery and workspace as well as the managing waste control and the management of excess product.
* Ability to support the sanding and filing of cabinetry for next phases of completion.
* Good organisation skills, a can do attitude and excellent attention to detail.

Benefits
Wage significantly exceeds national minimum wage rates and is dependent on experience. Typically it will be between £13-£15 per hour.
You will be employed on a permanent contract with full time hours- Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm, although flexibility with start and finish times is available if customer and business requirements are met. The company premises are located in Great Barrow near Chester. You must have access to a car as the workshop is not accessible via public transport.
