As Senior Building Surveyor you will plan and manage project resources, prepare, and oversee designs / reports, and have day-to-day control of internal costs and fee invoices. You will have the opportunity to be able to mentor more junior staff, providing support with their technical development. Additionally, you will be responsible for liaising directly with clients and other stakeholders as appropriate.
Our ideal Senior Building Surveyor must have:
* RICS Chartered status
+ Knowledge of building principles, preparing plans and specifications
+ JCT and NEC contract administration experience
+ Experience already working within a Building Surveying role
+ Ability to monitor and report on progress and expenditure of projects, with sound knowledge of drafting technical documents
+ An interest in developing and sustaining client relationships
It would be nice for you to have:
