We have a new and exciting opportunity to join our Digital Performance team as a Loyalty Project Coordinator. You will be responsible for bringing the Paul Smith Loyalty programme to life, owning the calendar of events, activations and personalised experiences to increase purchase frequency and retain customers. Supporting the evolution of the Loyalty programme by working closely with the Digital Performance team, Digital and Retail to ensure the Loyalty programme is commercially successful and ensuring continual optimisation. The Role Ownership of the Loyalty calendar, working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to plan communications to the Loyalty base. Build strong relationships with Performance, Digital and Retail teams so that actionable insights can be shared and followed up. Develop and execute a plan of seasonal events across online and in store. Work with the CRM and Performance team to boost engagement with personalised touchpoints and improved segmentation. Coordinate reward moments within the programme including, but not limited to, gift with purchase and VIC gifting. Form key relationships with Loyalty platform provider to maximise on the programme potential. Basic understanding of relevant legal requirements such as GDPR and Privacy laws. Keeping informed of Loyalty trends. Any other related duties, not specified above, as outlined by your Line Manager. Your Skills and Experience Highly computer literate, with strong experience of Excel. Experience working with Klaviyo and Antavo is desirable. Experience in coordinating events and managing the activity and communications of a loyalty calendar. Methodical and accurate with good attention to detail whist being able to work to tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
