Your Role:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll:
🔍 Source, network, and engage with top-tier tech talent for exclusive roles
🤝 Manage end-to-end candidate delivery, from initial outreach to placement
💼 Build strong talent pools to support high-value client mandates
🚀 Utilise cutting-edge rectech tools to enhance your recruitment process
🎯 Meet and exceed set financial and activity targets
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience: Proven track record in sales or talent delivery, ideally within recruitment.
* Tech-Savvy: Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and other rectech tools to source and engage top talent.
* Innovation: Interest in exploring and implementing new recruitment technologies
* Drive: Strong motivation to succeed, financially driven with resilience and enthusiasm
* Language: Fluency in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish is a significant advantage, but not required
