WeDoData are working with a reputable, high performing secondary school & sixth form in Bath who are looking to appoint an Operations Administrator .
The team are looking for someone on a permanent basis, though we would also love to hear from you if you are seeking a short-term contract to cover the interim (1-3 months depending).

This position is being offered term time only (TTO) plus INSET days. It is a full-time role, offering 5 days per week or 37 working hours per week.
The postholder will report directly to the Head’s PA.
Role responsibilities will include:
* Admin support to the Senior Leadership Team
* Assisting the Head’s PA in various duties
* Confidential correspondence
* Preparing agendas
* Taking minutes for meetings and producing action lists
* Managing the school’s main email account
Successful candidates should have:
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong computer skills (Google Forms over Excel)
* Excellent customer service (liaising with a broad variety of stakeholders)
