The role: The college is seeking an exceptional candidate to play a key role in supporting outstanding curriculum delivery and learner outcomes. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about teaching and learning and ensuring outstanding quality assurance and development. As part of the team, you will contribute to innovative projects, drive continuous improvement, and help maintain excellence across our provision. Working alongside Deans, Learning Area Managers, and other leaders, the role supports the delivery, monitoring, and evaluation of FE, ACL and WBL provision. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing robust quality procedures, ensuring compliance, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Driving improvement and addressing underperformance are central to the role, ensuring consistently high standards in teaching and outcomes. You will also be the Operational Quality Lead as part of Novus Gower ’s education offer at Parc Prison. Full time (37 hours per week) Permanent £53,609 per annum Hill House Campus, SA2 0FD Key Responsibilities: Ensure full compliance with the college’s annual quality cycle. Monitor and report on performance against key quality indicators in line with college, Welsh Government (WG), Estyn, and Ofsted (WBL) standards. Promote consistency in course and learning area reviews and facilitate effective evaluation and monitoring of Quality Development Plans. Collaborate with Learning Area Managers (LAMs) and Assistant Learning Area Managers (ALAMs) to maintain a rigorous quality assurance system. A crucial aspect of the role involves being the Operational Quality Lead to enhance quality assurance and development as part of Novus Gower’s education offer at Parc Prison.
