Based in Drouin, Victoria, we are expanding our team and looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Warehouse Administration Officer.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process incoming goods, including handling paperwork and physical items.
2. Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring items are accessible and easily identifiable.
3. Maintain data entry, filing, and maintenance of warehouse documentation.
4. Process and track orders, returns, and stock adjustments in warehouse management systems.
5. Assist with internal transfers, tracking inventory movement to and from different departments.
6. Coordinate dispatch scheduling and assist in managing the transfer lobby.
7. Participate in regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
8. Load and unload trucks with precision and care (if required).
9. Pick orders and prepare pallets for dispatch (if required).
Key Skills and Experience:
1. Current Forklift license is desirable.
2. Prior experience in warehouse administration or a similar logistics role.
3. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.
5. Dependable team player with a proactive attitude.
6. Comfortable with physical tasks such as loading and unloading trucks and preparing pallets if required.
