Temp - 1 month On-Site £13-15 per Hour Temoprary Postroom/Mailroom Administrator needed for a Global Music Company based in Central London. You will ideally have 2 years of experience working in a post room- organising mail, keeping track of deliveries, liaising with the office to deliver their parcels. Duties - Receiving and recording both incoming deliveries Collect and sort outgoing mail Deliver mail to various floors Accept courier requests throughout the day prioritising urgent bookings Monitor and order stationery Replenish and monitor stock levels Set up meeting rooms as requested Event set-up with studio tech support where required Assist with small moves and changes across London sites Cover reception and front of house, Meeting and greeting staff, clients, and all other visitors About you: To be considered for this role you must have post room experience, and will be ideally be a real people person, with great communication skills- regularly helping out on reception and working with the reception staff as required. This role can be quite hands on, so you need to be happy to do walk arounds of the building and support the facilities team as and where needed.
