In this critical role, you will ensure our organisation is known for being the best in everything we do, leaving a legacy of absolute quality and compliance, and keeping our promises at all times.
An Operations Manager is a key part of a management team and oversees high-level HR duties, liaising with the Recruitment Department to manage depot requirements and setting training standards. They also analyze and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
* Hours – 45 hours per week, Monday-Friday
