You will be welcomed into the leadership team of the Specialist Haemostasis Laboratory based in the Cambridge Haemophilia and Thrombophilia Centre Specialist Haemostasis Unit. The unit provides a comprehensive repertoire of tests to the Cambridge University Hospitals and Royal Papworth Trusts, the Cambridge Comprehensive Care Haemophilia Centre and acts as a referral centre for specialist haemostasis testing the eastern region. The laboratory works closely with the medical and nursing staff within the centre. You will be a strong team player with demonstrable project and quality management experience, they will also possess excellent communication skills and must be able to take responsibility for leading the team and directing day-to-day planning and prioritising of workload.
