My client, a leading Financial Services organisation, has a key permanent requirement for a number of Project Managers to join a critical regulatory programme of work in their Northampton based office.
The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background coupled with strong, broad end-to-end Project Management experience. This role will support a number of high-profile technical programmes of change in the Digital and Payments space, focusing on the delivery of various improvements within their existing digital and payments platform.
You will need strong Project Management delivery experience in both agile and waterfall environments and must be comfortable facing senior stakeholders across the organisation. These projects require mobilising complex teams and managing £multi-million project budgets, as well as overseeing change within delivery, planning, risks, and issues, ensuring delivery aligns with the business’s requirements. My client is keen on speaking with individuals who have end-to-end project experience with a delivery-focused mindset, who can anticipate change in a large organisation.
The successful candidate will need:
1. Proven Project Manager experience, preferably within a large-scale organisation / Financial Services
2. Regulatory experience would be highly beneficial
3. Strong experience managing and implementing change projects
4. Agile and waterfall methodology exposure
5. Strong experience in writing and translating both business and functional specifications
