Our reputable WOW programmes are delivered through a network of dedicated franchisees who support the learning and development of every baby and child who attends our classes. Due to growth, we are seeking an ambitious Franchise Area Manager with the WOW factor. Who are we looking for? A Franchise Area Manager with WOW will: Support Wow World Group Practitioners : Work closely with Wow World Group Franchisees in Hartford, Leicestershire and Warrington to help them succeed in their businesses. Provide Mentoring and Training : Provide hands-on support, mentoring, coaching, and training to franchisees to ensure they meet Wow World Group's business plans and targets. Deliver Regional Growth: Lead the recruitment for new franchisees across all four brands with passion and care. What will you be doing? Supporting and mentoring a large team of franchisees to ensure excellence. Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability across the territory. Monitoring franchisee performance, offering constructive feedback and assistance in areas requiring improvement. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines among all franchise locations. Conducting regular visits to build positive connections and foster relationships with franchisees. Promoting CPD's and co-ordinate workshops for franchisees to enhance their skills and knowledge. Pro-actively recruiting new franchisees in line with annual targets The skills you'll need: Business Acumen : Strong business, marketing, and sales skills. Leadership : Ability to lead by example and manage diverse operations. Communication : Adaptable communication styles and the ability to mentor and coach franchisees. Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret data and analytics to drive performance. Passion : A genuine passion and interest in Early Years education and its development. Your Background: Experience in building connections and influencing. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Business operations, financial management, and marketing principles. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient in using technology for reporting and communication purposes. Proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results. Experience in consultative selling, ideally with experience selling franchises. The Details: Hours: 3 days per week which may grow in time with the needs of the business Location: The willingness to travel to Hertfordshire, Leicestershire and Cheshire to meet with regional teams on a regular basis Salary: £35,000 pro rata commission and profit share Sound like you?
