Hours: Full time
Salary: up to £23.61 per hour / £54,019 per year (based on 44 hours)

Responsibilities:
* Be part of the management team that sets the tone for delivering the highest standards of care in compliance with the NMC code of conduct.
* Focus on the safety of your team and the safeguarding of your residents.
* Set the standards of excellence that empower and encourage your team.
* Manage health & safety effectively.
* Train and develop yourself and your staff, and market the home to new residents and staff.
* Maintain detailed and accurate care records.
* Order and store all medication safely.
* Be a point of contact for residents and their families.
* Represent your home with pride and passion.
* Stay updated with current evidence-based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations.
* Strive to provide great quality holistic care.
Ideal Candidate:
* Registered nurse RGN or RMN with excellent clinical skills and a valid NMC pin.
* Currently working as a Senior Nurse/Unit Manager or Deputy Manager/Clinical Level with experience in a Care Home.
* NVQ Level 5 is desirable, but not essential.
* Confident in leading a team and helping them make the most of every day.
* Multi-skilled, involved in everything from planning to training, marketing to financial reporting.
* Good listener, understanding what matters to residents, their families, and your team.
* Good learner, taking on the challenges of training your team and yourself.
* Ambitious, wanting the best for your home and your people.
